The Shaevel & Krems Real Estate Management Team is a full service practice group serving the legal needs of property owners and managers in virtually every aspect of real estate management. The REM team represents some of the largest residential property managers in the United States in their mission to maintain profitable residential communities for their residents, as well as representing many commercial property managers. Members of the team include recognized leaders in real estate law who routinely publish articles and lecture at real estate seminars. The REM team also holds periodic seminars for clients and friends of the firm.
